the hotel was a pleasant surprise with its charming antiquarian furniture, attentive staff, and convenient location near the main sights of Palermo. we especially appreciated the helpfulness of Antonio, who went the extra mile to fulfill our breakfast request.
Limited parking spaces available.

The location, easy to find and close to central station.
Okey for one night, very good price. If you want to stay longer in Palermo (wich isn't a very nice city at all) you should pay a little bit more for another hotel.

The staff are nice and helpful as usual and they are nice to talk too.
They like to be paid on the day on your arrival as if they do not trust you. That is the downfall for me because we always paid in full when you leaving not when you just got in there, but apart from that we had a nice stay.

Nicely decorated, helpful staff, good location, functioning amenities, clean rooms. 24/7 hot water, comfortable beds, efficient air conditioning. Excellent Wi-Fi, although some rooms had limited connectivity. Hotel near major attractions and train station. Limited parking available. Antique furniture adds charm.

The price/quality range of this hotel is very good. Breakfast was very well taken care of with different sorts of fresh bread and fruit. The rooms were clean and the staff was nice. The neighborhood is good and mustsee places are on walking distance. The hotel being in between the ballaro and vucceria market makes it a great place for foodlovers.

Excellent location, 10-minute walk to the railway/bus station, to the sea and to the historic centre, good breakfast, big room with a balcony.
Our room was facing the street and it was quite noisy at night. There was also a lot of noise coming from the reception in the morning which woke us up. Tthere was a puddle of water on the floor in the bathroom as the washbasin or the shower was leaking.

I stayed at Hotel Alessandra during my transit through Palermo, and I found it incredibly convenient. The hotel is located a mere 550 meters from Palermo Central, making it extremely accessible for travelers. the proximity of the hotel to Falcone-Borsellino airport, just 35 km away, was a major advantage for me. This made my travel arrangements seamless and saved me a lot of time and hassle.
One issue I encountered was the lack of WiFi connectivity in my room.

The location is perfect! The hotel is in the middle of the old town, within walking distance to all the sights. We also had a lovely balcony. The breakfast was actually better then expected as they served fresh pasteries every morning.

Great location within walking distance of all the major attractions and close to the train station. the staff was extremely helpful and accommodating. the room itself was charming, clean, and spacious, with a lovely view from the balcony.
Breakfast was a bit basic, and the options were limited. the shower in the bathroom was a bit cramped, and the hot water tap leaked a bit.

The location was great, near many monuments. Easy to navigate from here when visitng the city of Palermo. Also near the train and bus stations. The staff is very helpful if you have questions. The Hotel is very clean and lovely with its antique setting. The most reasonable rate for such a good location. Very enjoyable stay.
